The parts listed on this website, ordered from Spirit Implements online or by telephone, through a third party or by any other means are covered by Spirit Implements, LLC. with the following written warranty. No other warranties, express or implied, are made on parts from JMPARTS.com.
Parts listed on this website have contries of origin in The United States, Tiawan, China, Germany, Italy, India, and Indonesia. JMPARTS.com reserves the right to substitute a genuine Jinma brand replacement part for an aftermarket part that we feel will either have the same or better part life after installation. Whenever possible we will source parts from the USA for replacement parts listed on this website. When not possible, we will source parts from overseas either from the factory or other sources. We specifically reserve the right to make substitutions for parts that in our opinion will preform well in your application.

If you are in any way dissattisfied with our choice of products for replacement parts on your tractor you have ten days to notify our company and recieve an RGA number for part return. You are responsible for paying for return shipping on all parts. If ordered incorrectly, according to our order log or online log, we will gladly ship you new parts and refund 100% of your returned part cost (excluding original shipping and return shipping). You will be responsible for paying for the costs of the correct part and shipping the correct part to you.
If we find that the error is our fault, after accepting the part back from you - we will make the determination and refund 100% of the cost of the original part plus shipping and ship you out the correct part. You will then only be responsible for the cost of the correct part and shipping on said part.

The warranty on all replacement parts is for 30 days and specifically warrants the products to be free of material defects from the factory. Wear, misuse, abuse, faulty installation are specifically not covered by this written warranty.

JMPARTS.com SHALL IN NO WAY BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

JMPARTS.com SHALL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN ON ANY PART AFTER 30 DAYS, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
JMPARTS.com SHALL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN ON ANY PART THAT IS NOT IN NEW SALEABLE CONDITION, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
JMPARTS.com SHALL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN ON ANY ELECTRICAL PART INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO STARTERS, ALTERNATORS, BATTERIES, FUSES OR FUSE BLOCKS, BATTERY CABLES, WIRING HARNESSES, LIGHT FIXTURES OR BULBS, CLUSTER OR INSTRUMENT GAUGES, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

The extent of any claim against our company shall be limited to the cost of the replacement part less all shipping charges. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Customer agrees by purchasing goods from Jinmaparts.com and/or Spirit Implements, LLC. If customer causes a chargeback to merchant, customer agrees to pay for any and all expenses incurred in collection of original fees to Company, including attorneys fees.
