I have not often run into people who go the extra mile as you did for me this week. You informed me this morning that he has sourced the parts not have in stock and all should be on the courrier by tomorrow. I am impressed, gratefull ... You can be assured I will be talking to you folks again for parts. If the courier can come through as diligently as you have, I may have the Chinaman (my Jinma tractor) on the road by next week. I have an Agracat tractor (Agracat 25 HP Y385 Diesel Engine and another book says Series Y85 and the Agracat Model Number is 2910). I have ordered parts from you guys twice in the past and they were exactly what I needed, so I guess this is the information you needed.
My reason for emailing you is to thank you for the assistance I have received. I have spoken to your Parts department and you were extremely knowledgeable and eager to assist me in getting the parts and repair information I needed. As you are aware Agracat folded and I can no longer get help from the place I bought the tractor. I was really worried about getting parts or advise on any necessary repairs.
This day and time it is unusual to find a company or group who takes so much pride in their knowledge, ability and desire to help. I wish to commend these guys and express my appreciation to your company for it's attitude and professionalism.
